Conclave | July 23-26, 2026 | Louisville, KY
The 53rd Biennial Conclave will take place at the Louisville Marriott Downtown (280 W Jefferson St, Louisville, KY 40202). Rooms are available for a discounted rate of $209 per night (tax not included). The majority of programming will be on-site at the Marriott and all off-site programming will include travel to and from the hotel or be within walking distance. Attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations. The FarmHouse hotel block is now closed. Association Delegate Travel Information
Delegates will be staying at our host hotel, the Louisville Marriott Downtown. Fraternity staff will reserve one room for association delegates for the duration of the program. If wanted, another room can be purchased by delegates at a discounted rate. To request an additional room at the discounted rate, please reach out to Fraternity CEO, Dave Hansen.
Chapter Delegate Travel Information
Delegates will be staying at our host hotel, the Louisville Marriott Downtown. Fraternity staff will reserve two rooms for chapter delegates for the duration of the program.
As part of chapter Conclave fees, chapter delegate travel expenses will be covered by FHHQ. Flights and mileage reimbursements are offered based on the distance chapters travel to Omaha from their chapter location. Travel allowances are based on the proximity of the host institution to the destination location, based on the shortest reasonable route according to Google Maps. Zone one travelers will drive (parking fees at the hotel will be covered by FHHQ), zone two travelers will fly:
Driving Zone – Routes of 800 round-trip miles or less
Alabama, Central Missouri, Illinois, Illinois State, Michigan State, Mississippi State, Missouri, Ohio State, Purdue, Southern Illinois, Tennessee, Western Kentucky, Wilmington and Wisconsin-Platteville
Choice Zone – Routes of 801-1,000 round-trip miles can choose between flying or driving
Arkansas, Auburn and Troy
Flying Zone – Routes 1,001 round trip miles or more
Alberta, Idaho, Iowa State, Kansas State, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico State, North Carolina State, North Dakota State, Oklahoma State, Oregon State, South Dakota State, Tarleton State, Texas Tech, Washington State and Wichita State
The chapter’s origin location shall be the university’s primary address. Chapters in zone one will receive mileage reimbursement post-Conclave at a rate of $.48 a mile for one vehicle per chapter. (4 members per car)
Chapter delegates flying to Conclave will receive further information to book their flights after registering.
