2026 Conclave information coming soon!
The 52nd Biennial Conclave will take place at the Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District (222 North 10th Street Omaha, NE 68102) for $184 per night (tax not included). The majority of programming will be on-site at the Marriott and all off-site programming will include travel to and from the hotel. Attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations. The booking deadline to receive the discounted rate with our host hotel is July 8, 2024.
Association Delegate Travel Information
Delegates will be staying at our host hotel, the Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District. Fraternity staff will reserve one room for association delegates for the duration of the program. If wanted, another room can be purchased by delegates at a discounted rate. To request an additional room at the discounted rate, please reach out to Fraternity CEO, Dave Hansen.
Chapter Delegate Travel Information
Delegates will be staying at our host hotel, the Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District. Fraternity staff will reserve two rooms for chapter delegates for the duration of the program.
As part of chapter Conclave fees, chapter delegate travel expenses will be covered by FHHQ. Flights and mileage reimbursements are offered based on the distance chapters travel to Omaha from their chapter location. Travel allowances are based on the proximity of the host institution to the destination location, based on the shortest reasonable route according to Google Maps. Zone one travelers will drive (parking fees at the hotel will be covered by FHHQ), zone two travelers will fly:
Zone One (Driving) – Routes of 1,000 round-trip miles or less
Arkansas, Central Missouri, Illinois, Illinois State, Iowa State, Kansas State, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota State, Oklahoma State, South Dakota State, Wisconsin-Platteville and Wichita State
Zone Two (Flying) – Routes 1,001 round trip miles or more
Alabama, Alberta, Auburn, Colorado State, Michigan State, Mississippi State, NC State, Oregon State, Purdue, Southern Illinois, Tarleton State, Texas Tech, The Ohio State, Troy, Tennessee, Washington State, Western Kentucky and Wilmington
The chapter’s origin location shall be the university’s primary address. Chapters in zone one will receive mileage reimbursement at a rate of $.48 a mile for one vehicle per chapter. (4 members per car)
After registering in MyHerdBook, chapter delegates flying to Conclave will receive information to book their flights through Gant, an online travel program.
