Assistant Director of Growth
Reports to: Assistant Executive Director for Student Engagement
FLSA Category: Exempt, Full-Time
Location: Remote
Length of Commitment: Nine or 12-month contract appointment, with the opportunity for extended contract based on performance and mutual agreement.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Membership in FarmHouse preferred, but not required.
- Experience as a Chapter Officer, Recruitment Chair, IFC Officer, or Founding Father preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or growth initiatives preferred
- Willingness and ability to live primarily in Moscow, ID at the University of Idaho for an extended period of time in the fall 2022 semester; willingness to travel up to 50 percent of the time for other projects, including night and weekend commitments.
- Embodiment of the values and principles of FarmHouse Fraternity.
Position Summary:
- Leading the recruitment of students to restart the chapter at the University of Idaho in fall 2022
- Building relationships with college/university personnel and Idaho alumni/volunteers, including volunteer recruitment and onboarding
- Assisting in new chapter development efforts, including new officer and alumni advisor training
- Support for current chapters with membership growth initiatives and completing pre-site and advance expansion work
- Serving as a liaison between the International Fraternity and the local FarmHouse experience
- Using independent judgement and working without immediate supervision
- Supporting the International Fraternity’s initiatives and programs through staff support and assistance as needed and assigned
- Representing FarmHouse International Fraternity, its leadership, staff and membership, at the local, regional, and national level to internal and external constituent audiences
