ABOUT FARMHOUSE
A CENTURY OF STRONG VALUES
& COMMUNITY
ABOUT
FarmHouse was founded in 1905 by a group of like-minded students at the University of Missouri who had a few important things in common: they were studying agriculture and they were looking for community. What they created together became so much more.
From the very beginning, FarmHouse stood apart from the traditional fraternity experience. Focused more on authentic community and succeeding in their chosen field, our founders paved their own way. They were then, and we continue to be today, leaders in academic achievement, a strongly values-driven organization, and a welcoming place for all students. Our history is compelling and our future is bright, and we hope that these pages introduce you to the organization more than 30,000 FarmHouse members know and love.
Another defining and unique trademark of FarmHouse is our rituals, recruitment processes and official documents are all non-secretive. We strive to be a leader in shaping the future of fraternities to something we can all be proud of. Read below to learn more about our history, values and our recent news.
