WAYS TO GIVE

Unrestricted Gifts Restricted Gifts Endowments

UNRESTRICTED GIFTS

New programs are born and much of the service and progress of both the Fraternity and Foundation is fueled through the support of unrestricted giving. In addition, unrestricted giving is essential to the Foundation’s operations so that the money raised can be distributed to do the most good for as many undergraduate brothers as possible. To recognize and honor those who make unrestricted gifts, the Foundation Board of Trustees established the Annual Fund program. Learn more >

RESTRICTED GIFTS

FarmHouse alumni, parents and friends can choose to designate their gift to a specific leadership program, purpose, need or chapter. There are more leadership training programs, computer technology upgrades, housing needs and young FarmHouse men to support than there is current funding. Learn more >

PERMANENTLY RESTRICTED GIFTS (ENDOWMENTS)

To make an impact on young FarmHouse men in perpetuity, FarmHouse alumni, parents and friends can establish an endowment fund through the FarmHouse Foundation. The threshold for creating an endowment is $10,000 and your gift can be made as one lump sum or spread over up to five years. Endowment funds can support leadership training, scholarships, a specific chapter or program or make an impact on all young FarmHouse men wherever the need is greatest.

GIFTS OF GRAIN

GIFTS OF GRAIN
Build the future of young FarmHouse men with an agricultural gift. By gifting grain to The FarmHouse Foundation, you avoid including the sale of the agricultural gift in your farm income, which reduces the amount you have to pay taxes on and the expenses to grow the donated crop are not segregated out, so you can still deduct the expense of raising your grain gift.
