Okay, you don’t have to have that on your bucket list, but our team loves traveling and experiencing new places across North America. If you are nodding your head to these questions, working for FarmHouse International Fraternity may be for you!

We are currently looking for educational leadership consultants to work with our chapters and help build relationships Fraternity-wide. We work hard but work fun and fulfilling roles, so you have to be passionate and willing to do something a little out of the regular 9 to 5.

Skills
  • Trustworthy and a self-motivator
  • High level of communication, both written and oral
  • Flexible with change and able to make decisions
  • Ability to connect with and hold respect from college-aged men and adults alike.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to speak to groups of up to 120
  • Possesses a clean driving record (no major traffic violations within the last 3 years)
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Experience as a FarmHouse Executive officer, Founding Father and IFC officer a plus
Job Responsibilities
  • Planning and booking travel
  • Traveling up to 90% of the time
  • Presenting on educational topics
  • Schedule meetings using Google Calendar
  • Taking thorough notes and compiling useful reports
  • Building positive relationships with members and advisors
  • Promote opportunities sponsored by FarmHouse Headquarters
  • Communicating and collaborating with team members, advisors and members
  • Advise members on best practices of the Fraternity
  • Collecting and processing data
