Curt Herzog joined the FarmHouse team in the Spring of 2020 as the Director of Growth and Development. In this position, he leads the Fraternity’s growth efforts, including supporting the growth of existing chapters and the re-establishment of the University of Missouri Chapter this fall. Curt also works with the FarmHouse Foundation to raise major and other gifts from donors annually.
Curt is an alumnus of Missouri State University, where he got a degree in Communications and was Founding Father of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. Following graduation, Curt worked for his Fraternity as a Leadership Consultant, Director of Chapter Development and Risk, and Director of New Chapter Development and Growth. He also served Pi Kappa Phi Foundation as Senior Director of Development where he helped lead major gifts and stewardship efforts that raised $9.3 million. Curt also worked for Pennington & Co., as a Fundraising Consultant, completing two feasible studies for them. For the past two and a half years, Curt has been a Sales Manager with Ekos, a company focused on providing software solutions for the craft beverage industry.
Curt has long been an advocate for FarmHouse, including fundraising for FarmHouse as an employee of Pennington, as well as a speaker and volunteer at the FarmHouse Leadership Institute. In his spare time, Curt enjoys spending time with friends, visiting craft breweries and doing lake weekends and trips to the mountains of North Carolina. He is active in his church, Mosaic, loves to golf and is a professional speaker for ForCollegeForLife. Curt is originally from Southern Illinois but now calls Charlotte, North Carolina home where he lives with his dog Mac. He will be working remotely from Charlotte.
