Why I Give to FarmHouse Foundation
William
Kehr (MN '40) and Marie Kehr are generous contributors to the
FarmHouse Foundation. In 1999, they established the William and Marie Kehr
Scholarship Fund, which provides need-based scholarships for members of the
Minnesota Chapter. They are also members of the Foundation's 1905 Club for
those who have donated between $10,000 and $25,000 through lump sum or accumulative
gifts.
Bill is a retired agronomist for the U.S. Department of Agriculture
(USDA). They both are graduates of the University of Minnesota. Bill also
earned his Masters and Doctorate and was on the graduate faculty at
Minnesota. They currently reside in Sun City West, AZ.
Marie says, "We are so pleased that FarmHouse continues to build
high-quality young men who excel in scholarship, true friendship,
commitment and high moral standards." |
