We are currently looking for membership growth consultants to help start new chapters of our Fraternity across the nation. We need team players that can work with great focus on the task at hand and are excited to be immersed in new environments for extended periods. Starting new chapters is challenging but rewarding beyond measure, so if you are up to it please read on.

  • Trustworthy and a self-motivator
  • High level of communication, both written and (especially) oral
  • Flexible with change and able to make decisions
  • Ability to connect with and hold respect from college aged men and adults alike.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Proficient with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
  • Ability to speak to large groups
  • Ability to interview and assess people based on actions, past experience, gut feeling, etc.
  • Possesses a clean driving record (no major traffic violations within the last 3 years)
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in a sales-related field a plus
  • Experience as a FarmHouse Executive officer, Founding Father and IFC officer a plus
Job Responsibilities
  • Planning and booking travel
  • Working on site for up to 6 weeks at a time
  • Identifying best avenues of recruitment on site
  • Presenting interest sessions showcasing FarmHouse
  • Interacting with campus professionals and alumni on a regular basis
  • Calling, texting and emailing men to set up in-person meetings
  • Schedule meetings using Google Calendar
  • Interview potential new members
  • Communicating and collaborating with team members, advisors and members
  • Supporting current chapters with growth initiatives as needed
  • Representing FarmHouse and its values at all times
  • Working remotely
  • 5 weeks paid time off, personal days and sick time
